- Licensing Methods: Term software licenses are provided, granting access to functionality during the paid period. Activation and protection of licenses are carried out by means of hardware USB keys (HASP keys).

- Local license: The HASP key is installed on a single workstation, providing access to the software from this computer for the duration of the license.
- Network license: The HASP key is installed on a server, allowing multiple users within the local network to use the software (the number of concurrent users is determined by the purchased license) for its duration.
- Renewal and Access: Upon expiration of the license, its renewal is required. The PMC can be downloaded from the website. A part of the modules is available without a license.
- Registry of Russian Software: Yes, it is included. Entry in the registry No. 15240 dated October 21, 2022, was made on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation dated October 21, 2022, under the minutes of the meeting of the expert council dated October 07, 2022, No. 1508pr.
