Solution: The antivirus software, such as 360 Total Security, has moved the WinTune.exe file to quarantine. Change the antivirus settings.

Access denied when launching "OPTIMUS" PMC after installation/update
Description: Sometimes after installing/updating the "Optimus" PMC, the software launches with an error. This is due to a change in access permissions for the software installation folder (default path: C:\Program Files (x86)\GeoFT). Solution: It is necessary to set/restore access permissions (Full Control: read, modify, write) for the software installation folder using Windows tools. This must be done for the "Optimus" PMC user on behalf of a user with Administrator rights on the PC (Folder menu: Properties, Security tab).
